In 2006, expanding its investment areas, the Ünal Group entered the field of quality housing production and initiated its YAP-SAT (Build-and-Sell) activities under the Rena İnşaat brand. It successfully completed a total of 3 sites and 80 apartments in Bursa and Adapazarı provinces, maintaining its position in the industry. Prioritizing customer satisfaction and quality in every project, the group secured a significant place in the housing sector.
With the rise of sports and healthy living trends in 2008, the group turned its focus to sports. The Ünal Group started operating its first Nike NSP store in Maltepe Park AVM based on the principle of “Investing in sports and athletes.” With the motto “Happy athlete, happy consumer,” the group established a customer-centric culture, providing consumers with a unique brand experience. Recognizing the importance of digital transformation early on, in 2016 the group became Nike NSP’s best business partner. The NSP operation concluded in 2022.
Inspired by street culture and the dynamic energy of basketball, in 2014, the corporate group created the Sneaks Up brand. Housing a carefully selected range of brands for sneaker lovers, Sneaks Up continued to spread its passion for sneakers to a broad audience. Serving with more than 40 stores nationwide, Sneaks Up also continues to offer a wide range of products through its website, www.sneaksup.com, and its mobile application. In the most recent development, as of 2023, the Ünal Group became the authorized distributor of the global Champion brand.
